This home has been updated. It has all new windows, new doors, tiled shower, a new roof, all tile floors, a new toilet, and washer hook-up. The dryer has gas or electric hookups. There is also a new sink in the kitchen. There are all new floor moldings and door moldings. The kitchen cabinets are about 3 years old, including those in the restrooms. The home has a large patio cover that is nice for keeping the home cool. The lawn has a sprinkler system that runs on a timer. Applicants will be required to submit pay stubs from their employment for the last 3 current months of employment. You will also be required to provide a copy of your 2022 tax return. You also need to provide proof of current employment along with references for your last 2 previous residences. You will be asked to provide renters insurance. The tenant pays for all utilities. Parking is not allowed on the lawns. Smoking is not permitted in the house. maintenance of the lawns is the responsibility of the tenant. If lawns are not maintained a gardener will be provided at the expense of the tenant. The cost will be determined by the person who mows the lawns. The trees shall be maintained by the owner. No loud parties are allowed. The use of illegal drugs is not allowed as well as lewd conduct. Lastly, no drunkenness is permitted in the home.
