It's an easy 20-mn drive along Rt 25A North to downtown Santa Fe and just 2.5 miles from the Agora Supermarket, our local post office and La Tienda shopping center, with a hardware store, restaurant, bakery, bar, gym, Sunflower Bank, pet store, medical center, and other amenities. Enjoy meals at Cafe Fina, Harry's Roadhouse and other nearby eateries. MINIMUM STAY 7 DAYS Day trips include the Galisteo Basin, Galisteo, Madrid, Las Vegas, Cochiti Lake and the Tented Rocks, Nambe, Taos, Georgia O'Keefe's former residence at Ghost Ranch and various historic sites. EXTRA CLEANING FEE OF $250 per dog for full period, $50 per dog for shorter periods. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY, NOT EVEN ON THE TERRACE. For stays longer than 10 days, you will be provided with a formal rental agreement/lease and very detailed instructions on how to run the house. We have a house manager who handles cleaning, small repairs, guest turnover etc.
