This legal 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom brick 2-story home offers plenty of space for your family. Inside, you'll find beautiful hardwood floors and nice window coverings on all windows. The living room is bright and cozy with modern lighting. On the main floor, there are two spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom with pretty tiles. The kitchen is great for cooking with new floors, nice counters, and good cabinets. This home has central air for hot days and a heater for cold days. The owner pays for water, sewer, and trash, so you don't have to worry about those bills. In the basement, there's another bedroom and bathroom for more space. You can do your laundry there too. Outside, you can enjoy the backyard and a garage for your cars. You'll also need to get insurance before you move in, and pets are not allowed. Voucher holders are welcome to apply. The application fee is $60 per person over the age of 18 who will reside in the home and the move-in fee is $700 (all fees are non-refundable).
