Just off Rio Grande, and approximately 7.8 miles from Balloon Fiesta Park. Fully updated, boho curated, living room has 65 inch t.v. Each bedroom has a 42 inch t.v., ready for you to log into your favorite apps. The beds are all wonderful, and each room has blackout curtains. All this is done with loving care for you in mind. 12-14 mo. lease but shorter terms (3, 6 or 9 mo.) available for a fee. Also add $350/mo. for fully furnished with t.v.s, beds, linens, couches, dishes, etc. Water, trash and sewer included. Tenant pays electric, gas and wifi.
