Our home is a 3-bedroom, 4- bathroom home with a dedicated office (or another bedroom). We are the owners and lived here for multiple years! We put a lot of time and effort into recent remodels including the full kitchen, hardwood floors, additional bathroom downstairs, heated master bath floors, etc. Our home sits on a beautiful acre of land and is in a quiet mountain community. The home is currently fully furnished (beds, desk, living room and dining room furniture, dishes, 55 inch tv, etc), but if you prefer unfurnished that can be discussed. The home will be available starting October 9th, 2023 and we are looking for a minimum 6-12 month lease term. Dogs and/or cats negotiable. The home has a wood burning stove in the living room, a new pellet stove in the basement, and we just upgraded the furnace last year. Along with 5kW of solar power on the roof, this keeps the bills much lower than your mountain neighbors. We also have a fully fenced dog run area (dogs ok upon meeting). Rent will be $3,450 a month not including utilities. Utilities to be covered by the tenant include: clear creek broadband internet ($75/month) (and yes it is actually fast - 100+mb), polar gas propane (for home heat), solar lease ($50), trash, and electricity (Core). Water is on a well and free. Tenants must also carry renter's insurance. House also comes with a snowblower, chainsaw, tools, and is equipped with an EV charger in the garage (14/50 outlet). We are located 15 minutes from the town of Evergreen up Squaw Pass - an idyllic location for any bikers! There are also several great neighborhood hiking/biking trails (neighborhood borders Arapahoe national forest) and we're within a 5 min drive of the Beaver Brook Trailhead as well as 20 minutes to Echo Mountain Ski/Tubing Hill. We mostly work from home, but when we do commute it takes 40 minutes to get to the downtown Denver. We absolutely loved this home but have relocated to be closer to family. We are looking for renters that are good communicators, will be respectful members of our community, and will maintain our home in good condition. It's safe to say that you must appreciate or be ok with snow - this is a true winter wonderland part of the year! Pets are negotiable on a case-by-case basis.
