Ride the bus from the airport or park your car for the length of your stay. Walk or rent a B-Cycle to enjoy the Downtown Pearl Street Mall, University of Colorado, Naropa or use the Boulder creek bike path to get to multiple destinations within the city. Basics like groceries, a hardware store, massage/chiropractic services, yoga studio, coffee shop and international dining options are one block away in the Arapahoe Village Shopping Center. Baja Mexico's coastal vibe meets the Rocky Mountains in this sunny colorful house with two bedrooms, a spacious 2 desk office, and 1.5 baths. The master bedroom has a king size mattress and TV. The office has two desks and a coffee or work table (2 heights) with a view of the flatirons in the winter. The guest bedroom has a plush full sized futon bed that can be folded into a couch if you need the room for a second, separate office. Closets, filing cabinets and dressers are empty for you to completely unpack your belongings for long term stays. Park your townie bike in our gated back yard and if you have multiple bikes, hang them in our bike shed (4-bike capacity). The kitchen is completely functional with appliances and cookware, including quality knives and basic cooking staples such as cooking oil, S&P, and spices. The kitchen-dining-living room spills out to a south facing, private, backyard living space complete with a grill, patio dining table and two sitting areas, one in the sun on the porch and the other in the shade with a propane fire pit. RHL-00999684 This is a month to month fully furnished rental for up to 9 months with a 4 person max. occupancy (two bedrooms and one office). This is not a child or dog friendly property. Basic staples are stocked in the kitchen (cooking oil, spices, condiments etc....), shampoo, dish soap, hand soap and laundry detergent are provided, for the first month of stay. A hair dryer, Iron and ironing board and cleaning products are on site. All utilities and yardwork are included (Fast Internet, Netflix and free Roku TV Apps). Our property manager, Julie, lives across the street if you have any questions during your stay. Weekly cleaning services are available. First and Last month's rent are required on top of the security deposit (depending on length of stay). A cleaning fee of $200 minimum will be deducted from the security deposit upon move-out, again depending on length of stay.
