Super cute custom guest house on beautiful 5 acre horse property. This is a ONE bedroom plus small office/second small bedroom. 2 people maximum. There is NO garage space available. The rent includes wifi, water, garbage, and utilities. The guest house is separated from the main house by the garage and breezeway, providing privacy. Family room with vaulted ceiling and gas fire place. Tons of natural light. Large eat-in kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. Master bedroom has full bath with tub/shower. The office has a half bath. Gorgeous deck overlooking yard with koi pond. Miles of hiking trails right out the back door! Shared swimming pool, yards, and shared laundry. Maximum 2 people. Unfortunately due to past problems (violence, damage), I must start with this: Do not contact us if 1. You have more than 1 dog, 2. You smoke or use drugs, 3. You cannot pass a thorough background check, 4. You are not serious about renting now. Maximum of 2 people but due to past problems we prefer to rent to a single person. No garage space available. We are looking for a stable, responsible, quiet renter. Possibility of rent being reduced in exchange for yard work. Rent includes utilities, water, garbage, and wifi. One dog only. We have 3 large dogs already on the property. Dog must be completely non aggressive to dogs, cats, people, and farm animals. Indoor pets must be completely housebroken. Cats are permitted if they are house trained and not destructive. Please be aware that there are 5 cats already on the property. This is country living--we are on septic and well water. There are occasional power outages (we have a generator) and occasionally run out of water in the summer for brief periods if we are running too many sprinklers at one time (water comes back on within 30 minutes as tank refills). Parking is in the driveway--the garage is not available. Please check the location before contacting us--we are 25 minutes north of downtown Auburn.
