Enjoy staying in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains from the comforts of our fully furnished cozy creekside cottage located in the heart of downtown Nederland. Walk to everything downtown Nederland has to offer, very convenient to Boulder as well. Enjoy the soothing sounds of the North Beaver Creek, which runs right through our property. Our home spans the creek like a bridge. The fully fenced backyard has a patio, gas grill, charming historic barn and mature spruce trees for privacy. The fully furnished rustic home features two (2) bedrooms, one (1) bath with an open concept living room, dining and kitchen area. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a full size bed. The kitchen includes a 5 burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and all the cooking implements you'll need to make yourself at home. Listen to the sounds of the creek as you take a bath or shower in the claw foot tub. We pride ourselves on being a family-friendly rental. If you're coming with children please let us know so we can provide you with a pack-n-play, high chair, hiking backpack, toys, books & more. The playground, children's fishing pond and carousel are within walking distance! Please note there is no TV in the cottage. Enjoy all the activities the beautiful Colorado Rockies have to offer, or stream on your devices with our high-speed internet. Please note that our wifi sometimes goes out temporarily and the outages are generally related to weather (high winds or snow). If you're lucky, you may catch a sighting of one of our neighborhood foxes or even a moose! Our rental is limited to 2 adults and up to 2 children. We do have a folding desk/ workstation which can be placed in the back bedroom where a bedside table currently is. Advance coordination with the Owner is needed to make the desk available. Please note this property is licensed and will never be listed for rent on Craigslist. We only rent through reputable sites. Discounted rates available for Nederland area residents, please inquire with Owner License Number: NED002 This unit is available for 30 day minimum stays and includes all utilities (wifi, water, gas, electric). Trash and recycling are not included and are handled through the Town's facility. This is a non smoking unit. One off-street parking space included and additional on-street parking available. Available 11/10-12/26/2023, May be available to mid January. Contact Owner for coordination with dates. $3,000 per month for a 2 month rental, $3,400 per month for 1 month rental. Please contact Owner for specific rental terms and specific date requests. One pet may be considered with pet references and a pet deposit.
