This is a unique rental located 10 miles behind Golden with beautiful city and mountain views and quick access to Golden Gate Canyon State Park. We are currently looking for a property caretaker willing to care for a vegetable greenhouse, pond with trout, chickens, horses, and occasional livestock. Experience is not required, but the ideal tenant would have a strong passion for having a productive garden, tending animals, and mountain living. Please note that this is an isolated mountain property, and will not be suitable to those who enjoy the ultra conveniences of civilization. A strong spirit and sense of personal responsibility is a must. This space would be perfect from someone in retirement or in a work from home position. Potential to turn into long term tenancy, additional horse boarding is available (pasture). Flexible on lease terms.
