Currently the home has 1 king, 1 queen, two twins, a large flat screen TV, washer and dryer, among all other linens and furnishings to make a comfortable home. Master bedroom (upstairs) has a spacious deck with views of the Valley while the main living area has an expansive deck that overlooks the ski hill. Water, sewer and snow removal are included in rent! IF POSSIBLE, but NOT required...Landlord would like to participate in the Lease to Locals program for the 12 month lease! If applicants qualify, landlord will split the stipend 50/50 with tenant as a rent reduction for those 12 months. Absolutely NO smoking on premises...of any kind. Application is required. Renter to sign a 12 month lease, after completion of the lease contract will move to month/month. No BBQ's permitted and absolutely NO smoking on/in property.
