The main house is a two-story residence that has three bedrooms, living and dining rooms, a family room and 2 full baths. On the top level, enjoy your coffee in the morning light shining through the windows in the great room and kitchen. One bedroom and a full bath is upstairs. A cozy deck outside the living room with a BBQ to grill is at your disposal all winter long. The downstairs level has two bedrooms and a family room for the kids to watch movies or play video games on a big screen TV in their own special place. Sleeper sofa in family room can sleep 2. There's a cute bonus studio above the garage which can house 2 more people, your in-laws and/or be used as a Rec room or man/woman cave. Kitchenette and full bath also in the studio. All bedrooms have queen beds but can accommodate renters with bunk beds if desired, in one of the downstairs bedrooms. All bedrooms are currently getting a facelift and will upload pictures as soon as possible. We installed new carpet in all the bedrooms and we are almost finished remodeling the upstairs bathroom. Ideally we'd like to rent to a large family or two families, 3-4 couples or singles (all preferably with a primary residence in Nor Cal or NV.
