The house can be rented between 1 January 2024 and 30 April 2024. The house is fully furnished, including linens. Its located in a quiet South Boulder neighborhood where you can safely walk to stores, restaurants, library, and the University of Colorado-Boulder campus. The bedrooms includes: a King master with semi-private bath,) two queen bedrooms with semi-private baths, and a twin bedroom with semi-private bath. Other living space and attributes include: an office, two family rooms with TVs, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room with washer and dryer, large private deck, air conditioning, safe off street parking, and wireless internet throughout the house. Due to allergies no pets OR smokers (no exceptions). Will consider shorter-term leases depending on the circumstances, and is available 1 January 2024 through 30 April 2024. Utilities are included, but tenant will be responsible for utility costs above monthly average. Boulder prohibits more than 3 unrelated persons.
