There are a lot of full time residents all around Lime &Coconut, so a lot of activity around the house. The yard is huge and there's an outdoor shower, fire pit and grill as well. There is a huge privacy deck off the back for outdoor entertaining, napping, working. This house is a must see!! The Washer dryer is available for the guests at a nearby property and is located in the garage - separate entrance from the house. It's perfect for singles, couples, or a small family. We do provide comforters, pillow, mattress toppers. Bring your own towels and sheets. The utilities are an extra $300 per month, which include electric, water, trash, internet, exterminator, grass cutting. Parking is free in front of cottage. Plenty of room for extra vehicles, boats, RV's.
