THIS IS A SHORT TERM RENTAL THROUGH MARCH 2024. Welcome to the PaparaSea, a restored 1950's beach cottage with all the modern conveniences of home. The house is just a 3 minute walk to the ocean and Boardwalk that has the best diner and Italian food in Wilmington. Every Tuesday they have a Farmers Market at the boardwalk. There are a lot of full time residents all around PaparaSea, so a lot of activity around the house. The fully fenced in yard is perfect for pets and there's a fire pit and grill as well. There are two large screened on porches for people watching or napping. This house is a must see!! The Washer dryer is available off property but free to use. It's perfect for singles, couples, or a small family. We do provide comforters, pillow, mattress toppers. Bring your own towels and sheets. The utilities include electric, water, trash, internet, exterminator, grass cutting. Parking is free in front of cottage. All utilities included- electric, water, wi-fi, lawn care, exterminator, trash/recycle.
