Welcome to the Kure, a stunning, single-family custom beach home. The house is situated one block behind the ocean, and has views off the Living/Dining/Kitchen. Cabinetry and appliances are designer level, and the spacious kitchen is a chefs delight, that features a Fratelli gas stove. All of the bedrooms are oversized as this is one of the largest houses on the island in terms of square footage. Three of the five bedrooms have en suites. The studio on the ground level has sleeping for seven, mini kitchen, and private bath. Great for retreats and reunions Beds are large and extremely comfortable, and there are hardwood floors throughout. The backyard is a tropical paradise and has large grill, dining, and lounging areas. The pool is not heated, but it is a water feature. This beautiful home is also just three short blocks to the Kure Beach pier which has 24 hour fishing, licenses, etc. The diner is the best in town and so is Freddies Italian restaurant. Also, just a five minute drive to the Southport ferry and Fort Fisher historical area. Available On a monthly basis starting Oct 1. Available through end of March except for 2 weeks in December. Applicants will complete a screening/application. Upon approval, refundable lease deposit holds your spot. Pet fee is $150 per pet.
