Our home is completely turn key for anyone looking to visit the island for a month or more, perfect for snowbirds! Our home is convenient to several area hospitals, making it perfect for the traveling nurse as well! All utilities and landscape maintenance included. The home has 3 bedrooms, all with super comfy mattresses, LVP throughout, dressers and spacious closets. Each bedroom also has a smart TV, ceiling fan and blinds, all for your added comfort. Our home was built in 2022 and everything in it is new as of 2022. Our home rents during the summer season on AirBNB and we have nothing but 5 stars for how clean and accommodating our home is! We would love for you to make our home yours during your next extended stay on OKI! NO PETS allowed. First months rent and security due at lease signing. Owner pays all utilities (water/electric/cable/internet/trash/security system), and owner covers lawn maintenance. Month to month lease, up to a 6 month MAX, available as early as 10/25/23. Absolutely no rental available after 4/30/24. No pets, no smoking, 6 people maximum. Tenants to pay a cleaning fee of $375 upon move out and tenant must obtain renters insurance. Tenants may NOT move any of their own furniture into the home but will have access to the 12x16 storage area under the home.
