Completely renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in the beautifully charming Point Pleasant. Centrally located to beaches, the boardwalk, amusement park, basketball and racquetball courts, shopping, NJ Transit, and the downtown district, you won't be at a loss for things to do during your stay. The Space Enjoy our comfortably sized open concept living space complete with fireplace perfect for entertaining friends and family. Large 57 flat screen TV provides additional entertainment as well as access to several streaming services. Beautifully decorated furnishings throughout will have you instantly channeling beach vibes. Dine at our 8-person table, or set up shop at our breakfast bar. If youre not able to make it to the beach, don't worry, because you'll still be able to relax by our salt water pool. Complete with super comfy daybed, 5 luxurious reclining lounge chairs, and outdoor dining area, you'll be left wondering why you don't Work-From-Home here every day. And no beach house would be complete without its own game room. You'll be transported right to the boardwalk the second you step downstairs, where you'll be greeted with Air Hockey, Foosball tables, multiple arcade machines, darts, larger-than-life Connect 4, flatscreen TV, plus other games. The house is equipped with Smarthome features such as Smart front doorbell, keyless front door lock, smart lights and smart thermostat. Stay comfortable with Central AC throughout the home. Our home can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. Bedroom 1: Very spacious Master Suite with Queen bed & en-suite full bathroom Bedroom 2: Twin bunk beds with 3rd twin roll-out trundle bed. Additional roll-away folding sleeper included in that room. Bedroom 3: Spacious Full size bed. Additional roll-away folding sleeper included in that room. Living room: Twin pull out sleeper sofa w/mattress. Game room suite: Queen pull-out sleeper sofa w/mattress. We provide bed linens, Wifi, kitchenware, & washer / dryer. Beach chairs, beach badges, children's beach and household toys, booster seats, and boogie boards are all available during your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property which includes the entire fenced-in backyard and in-ground salt water pool, and outdoor gas grill.
