This is the best of country and city living, centrally located within a 10 min drive to Boulder, 5 minute drive to historic old town Louisville and Lafayette, and 30 minutes to downtown Denver and the airport. Rocky Mountain National Park is an hour away for hiking and snow shoeing, and 1.5 hrs to Summit County ski resorts. There are countless nearby bike/hike trails with views of the Flatirons and Longs Peak, and an easy walk to the YMCA and nearby restaurants, shops and cafes.
