Cute freestanding cottage, about a quarter mile walk to East Sandwich Beach. The beach is great for walking year-round. hiking trails nearby also. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Owners do occupy one of the houses on premise. No Smoking, No Pets allowed. Excellent credit & references required. This unit has been remodeled recently with many upgrades. Brand New stacking washer and dryer, new microwave, new furniture. This is being rented as furnished, so an ideal tenant wouldn't have many belongings to move in with. We will be renting on a weekly basis in the summer, so this winter rental will end May 1st, 2024. It's about a 15, 16 or 17minute walk respectively to the 6a Convenient Store, the 6a Cafe and Father's Ale House (Great family friendly pub) The rest of what Sandwich has to offer would usually be accesed by car. Water is included, all other utilities: Gas, Electricity, Cable etc are the responsibility of the tenant. Ideally, you'll have all these bills in your name prior to moving in. Snow removal on and around your steps is your responsibility. This is a Winter Rental Only - move out date is April 30th. The property will be in "Move in condition" when you arrive, please make sure it's in "Move in condition" when you leave. And if there are any circumstances that had caused any damage during your stay, regardless of fault - please let the Owners know about it right away (Same day, ideally)
