The basement level has its own private and well-lit entrance and a small patio with a fully fenced yard. One very well-behaved dog considered. No cats. Utilities included in rent. $100 surcharge for heat during the months of Dec/Jan/Feb/March. We (the homeowners) and our two dogs live on the upper level. Some level of (respectful) noise is expected from the design of the house (duplex style). Max occupancy: 2. 30-day minimum stay. Utilities included (heat, electric, trash, internet). 3-6 month terms preferred. $100 surcharge for heat during the months of Dec/Jan/Feb/March. One parking space is available in the shared driveway (as long as respectful parking is maintained). Two-person max occupancy. One well-behaved dog considered. No smoking on property. 420 friendly (outside!).
