For anyone considering bringing a dog, yard is not fenced, and dog must be leashed when walked there will also be a monthly pet rent. Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. Please be respectful of our neighbors with no loud music or voices/yelling, voices carry here. Smoking of any kind (tobacco/vapes): strictly not allowed on the property inside or out. Any use forfeits deposit and incurs additional cleaning, and any damages. No mountain bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house. Security camera/recording device we have 2 exterior security cameras and a ring doorbell. Please do not unplug router, electronics or change Alexa settings and do not rearrange furniture. Parties/Events/Other guests than on the lease: strictly not allowed. Any parties or events at the property will be considered a lease violation, can be grounds for eviction, and incur extra cleaning charges, plus any damages.
