Monthly Rate Special Cozy cabin with bunkhouse! Bunkhouse is great for kids, 4 twin beds, big screen TV with side room with fridge and microwave. Excellent Wifi in main house and cabin. Spacious deck with propane fire pit and grill. Upstairs balcony has propane fire pit as well. Wake up to deer wandering on the property while you enjoy your coffee on the balcony. We are 15 minutes to Costco and Trader Joe's and only 20-25 minutes to downtown Prescott!! Also, Lynx Lake is a fun place and only 10 minutes from us! At 6800 ft elevation, we are 8-10 degrees cooler than downtown Prescott. Please note: kitchen is very well stocked with essentials you may need like spices, oils, vinegars, etc. All our guests always mention they are appreciative for the well stocked kitchen! Please note: parties are not allowed at our property.
