Our 3 bedroom Furnished Victorian style home is located in the historic Inman Park. (January 3, 2024- July 3, 2024) The house was just renovated- a new kitchen, and 3 renovated bathrooms. We have two balconies and a large yard with many plants that flower throughout the year. Our house has a working wood fire place. Our beautiful house will be available from January 3rd to July 3rd (6 months) while we are in Costa Rica. We can extend the date for a week or so. A large park with a children's play area is two blocks from our home. A community swimming pool is nearly in our back yard. The beginning of Atlanta's pedestrian Beltline, a twenty-mile trail winding through the city, is about a ten-minutes walk away. It is open to walkers, joggers, bicycle riders and scooter riders. Even closer is Krog Market, which features a variety of restaurants, a bakery, and shops. Our house is about midway between the MLK Center and the Carter Center, two of Atlanta's numerous cultural attractions. The owner is responsible for all utilities, including heat, electricity, cable t.v., and internet. There is one parking space in garage. Smoking is not allowed.
