My home is located in the Fullerwood neighborhood at 37 Seminole Drive and will be available to rent October 1st. It is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath home with an oversized garage. This house has 2 master suites so would be perfect for extended families or shared living. I have a shared 120 ft dock great for catching redfish or exploring the marsh on one of my kayaks or canoes that I will be leaving behind for the renter's use. I am dog friendly and there is a doggie door that leads to the fenced in back yard. Willing to rent anywhere from a mimimum of 3 months up to 6+ months as a short term rental. I would consider a yearly lease for less rent as long as I have access to the garage where I have personal items stored. Short Term Rent is $4000/month with first and security.
