Hi, This is a stunning $2 million+ lake front home on a one acre lot. The main house is 4BR/4 baths, there is also a 1BR/1 bath guest house on property that is NOT included with this rental, but could potentially be added for additional monthly rent. This is located on Lake Mcqueeney which is about 45 minutes south of the Austin airport and about 10 minutes from New Braunfels. However, the lake has been drained temporarily for dam repairs and is not expected to be refilled for at least 18 months. Also, the "4th bedroom" is actually an upstairs living area that can be used as a bedroom. This is fully furnished with flexible lease terms from 3 months to up to 24 months.
