Open country ranch land for rent for cattle grazing only. There is no dwelling here. Beautiful gated 20 acre ranch with rolling fields and meadows and oak trees in the foothills of the Sierra near Lake Tulloch. Equipped with security cameras, lockable gate, secure fences and easy access roads to ranch in a well planned subdivision. The lease is for cattle grazing only and for a minimum of 1 year and recommended at 3 years. Owner pays for all utilities, cattle grazing permits, licenses, insurance and any upgrades required for fence upgrades/improvement. Cattle occupancy limits apply. All local city and county and farm ordinances need to be followed on wildlife conservation, and forestry laws. No vehicles are permitted inside the property. There is no dwelling on the property. The cattle grazer must inspect the property on regular basis, monitor the health of cattle and supply clean drinking water in pales or canisters not larger than the allowed size. Upon completion of lease the ranch should be restored back to it's original condition and the cattle grazer must clean the ranch, fix any damaged fences or gates.
