Welcome to our beautiful Lilac Designer home in the Village of Sanibel. We are located South of 466A just one block off Pinellas Place on Adrienne Way. You will be 5 minutes from the Sanibel Neighborhood and Captiva Family Pools; a short ride to Bonifay, Evans Prairie Country Clubs, local shopping at either Colony Plaza or Pinellas Plaza. You will be conveniently located near Sarasota Golf Practice Center, and restaurants in Colony Plaza. If you are ready for some nightly entertainment you are located between Lake Sumpter Landing or Paddock Square in Brownwood Town Square. Monthly rental amounts are based on double occupancy (2 adults). For additional guest(s) an additional 10% per person will be added to the rent. Rental Policy for Long-term: First month and last month rent due upon signing of the lease. $1200.00 security deposit (damage/loss) and mailbox key, gate cards. Additionally, renter pays electric, wifi and inside water for long term lease. Landlord pays, amenity fee, trash, lawn and insect control. The security deposit will be refunded, less a $300 cleaning fee, within 30 days of departure after the end of rental period and inspection, if there are no damages or losses. This will include return of keys, garage door remote controls, security gate cards and mailbox key (if furnished). Additionally, Tenant pays $50 fee to The Villages for (2) Resident Village ID cards. This card provides access to all Villages facilities; especially recommended for golfers! No smoking anywhere in or outside the home. * No Pets of any kind are allowed. * Open concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings. * Spacious well equipped kitchen. * Brand new GE stainless steel appliances. * Dining seating for 4 adjacent to kitchen, seating at breakfast bar for a quick meal. * Dining room seating for 6 * Living room includes 65" flat screen LED SmartTV * Brand new sofa, accent chair and coffee table. * Brand new Master bedroom includes brand new king size bed frame and mattress * Master bath includes double vanity, roman walk in shower and custom walk in closet. * Guest Suite includes queen bed. * Study with queen size pull out sofa and 65" flat screen SmartTV. * Full Bath located adjacent to guest suite with additional closet for linens. * The guest suite and study can be closed off with a pocket door for privacy when you have guests. * There are plenty of towels provided, and a set of pool towels in the linen closet. * All bed linens are provided. * Lanai is spacious and faces north, can be viewed from the dining and living room. * Inside Laundry room. * Charcoal grill provided. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
