Full rental balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be returned, less housekeeping fee within 15 days of departure provided there are no damages. $200 Cleaning Fee will be charged if property is not left in the same clean condition as when residency began. Cancellation Policy Tenant cancellation will forfeit a mandatory $500 re-booking fee. Tenant cancellation within 90 days of arrival will forfeit all rental payments unless we are able to secure a rental for the time period and the same terms. Total occupancy cannot exceed four persons. This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided. Utilities include, electric, gas, basic cable and internet. Rental Policy Security deposit - $2,000 Housekeeping fee - $350 if house is not left clean. Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation, your reservation deposit and rental payments are refundable (less administration fee) only if a rental is secured for the same period at the same rate.
