Our home is a new designer 3 bedroom 2 bath, featuring a master en suite with a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed that shares a bathroom with the third full-size bedroom. This home's design has a large kitchen that has a wonderful design for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen also has lots of cabinets and a spacious pantry. Tucked away from the kitchen is a large laundry room with a gas washer and dryer and a slop sink. The two-car garage has a remote and entrance into the home. Dining room/great room with a large smart TV with the ability to use your streaming app. Off of the great room is a fully screened-in lanai with a teak dining table and seating for six. A Weber BBQ is included for your use. The house is fully furnished with all brand new furniture, bedding, linens, and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, plates, cups, stemware. We have installed a Deluxe Nova Whole House Water filter system. You will see, taste, smell, and feel the difference in the house's water with this filtration system. A golf cart can be rented at a fee of $300 per month.
