Centrally located and close to Sumter Landing and Sea Breeze recreation center. Comes fully furnished for your stay including kitchen service for 12, 2 sets of linens and towels for each bedroom and bath as well as a BBQ gas grill, hair dryer, beach towels, starter supplies and many other items to make your stay enjoyable. Just ask before you pack! Villa includes all major appliances: range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer, garbage disposal. Open floorplan with living room includes sofa, loveseat, tables, stressless recliner and flat screen TV with DVD player. Dining area with table and 4 chairs, kitchen with 3 bar stools and counter height table with 2 stools. Master bedroom has king size bed, flat screen TV with DVD player, private bath with walk in closet. Guest room has queen size bed, standard closet, and hall bath. Screened in Lanai ha table with 4 cushions chairs. Club Car gas golf cart garaged at villa for your use during your stay along with outdoor lounge chairs and folding chairs. Any questions about the Villages or the Villa, please just ask. We outfit our home to make your stay enjoyable. We start you off with some supplies so you don't have to run right out for paper towels etc. but ask that you leave it the same upon exit. Prices based on a party of 2 with occasional guests. All utilities are included (Dish HD TV, with DVR and Wifi also included). Rent payable 60 days in advance along with refundable $750 security deposit. Exit cleaning fee of $125 applies. This is a No Pets and No Smoking property. This is a 1 month rental, only availabilty is October 2023 (due to recent cancellation). Rent includes: all Utilities, Wifi, Cable with DVR, FL rental taxes and lawn maintenance as well as use of the gas Club Car golf cart. Security Deposit $750 (refundable after exit inspection). Rental deposit of $750 due upon Lease signing, balance of Rent plus Security Deposit due 60 months prior to occupancy. Cleaning fee is $125 upon exit (deducted from Security Deposit prior to refund). This is a No Pets and No Smoking property.
