We offer flexible month-to-month leases. All utilities + wireless internet are included. Free street parking out in front of our home on a serene, safe, tree-lined street that intersects Shooks Run Trail! There is also a private driveway which has space for one vehicle to park off-street. Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside. If smoking outside in the yard, please keep all windows and doors fully closed and please smoke 10+ feet away from the door. Please avoid any kind of fire risks and leave no cigarette butts or trace of smoking behind. Pet Policy: Up to two pets are allowed at our home. We will require a $200 non-refundable service charge per each pet (to reimburse us for the professional deep clean + steam cleaning of carpets and furniture after your departure). Owner must clean up after their pet's waste and alert us if there are any accidents / damages.
