You'll notice: * An abundance of large windows which allows copious natural light and sunshine to fill the home * Plenty of comfortable seating to lounge, read, relax in after a long day * A 4K smart TV to enjoy all of your favorite movies and shows while lounging on our extremely comfortable living room sectional sofa * Unique lamps and light fixtures that set a warm tone and ambience * Powerful yet efficient and quiet AC units to keep you fully comfortable during the summer * A private back patio with lots of great seating options and perfect for visiting with friends and family and enjoying our 320+ annual days of sunshine here in the state The living quarters on the main level include: * a spacious living room with large windows which look out over a beautiful view of Pikes Peak and the surrounding foothills, as well as a very luxurious sectional sofa which pulls out to become an extremely comfortable queen-sized bed * a dedicated office workspace with a computer desk, a printer, a nice lamp for extended work sessions or video conference calls, and most importantly: a direct view of the majestic Pikes Peak right out of the office window by your desk! * two closets in the living room with ample storage space * a corner reading nook near the large picture window in the living room * a full kitchen with plenty of counter space, new appliances [dishwasher, microwave, coffee brewing machine, electric tea kettle] and new cookware * the dining room which has seating + space for four to comfortably dine together * a master bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed, plush Ikea comforters + high end cotton linens, a walk-in closet, and a wall of sliding windows which lets copious natural light into the room in the mornings (but we also put black-out curtains up incase you do not want to rise with the sun!) * a laundry closet next to the bathroom with a new washer + dryer * a full bathroom with a combination shower+tub, a powerful & efficient exhaust fan, as well as plenty of storage space (medicine cabinet + large vanity drawers). Our home is professionally cleaned by some of the best vacation rental cleaners that we know and we have all of our linens and towels professionally laundered at Laundry Time Circle, the best and largest laundromat in Colorado Springs.
