The open layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, providing the perfect setting for socializing and entertaining. Welcome to the Sports capital of Texas. Casa Luna's prime location is another highlight of this property. Situated in close proximity to the Kalahari Resort, Dell Diamond, and Old Settlers Park sports complex, you'll have easy access to thrilling water park adventures, baseball games, and a variety of outdoor activities. Owners pays all utilities, lawn care, and pest control every month. Cleaning can be arranged if desired. $60 application fee per person. $25 per pet per month fee, no additional pet deposit needed. No other fees. Open to lease durations. Please be mindful of noise levels in the late night hours, after 9 pm, for the comfortability of all guests and neighbors. There is access to the entire home, except for the small closet adjacent to staircase. Community Garbage day is every Tuesday, so please roll the garbage bins to the street (to the right of the garage) on Monday evening.
