No pets and No smoking on property which includes in house and Lanai. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs. and older. Young visitors are allowed for limited periods. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need. Linens and towels are provided. The master bedroom and second bedroom is equipped with a king size bed. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed. An initial supply of items such as dishwashing soap, tissues, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels are provided for you to settle in and make yourself comfortable. A Village ID is available for a $50 fee and entitles you to all amenities of a full time resident for two. You can utilize any of the Recreation Centers, pools, classes and reduced rates at the movie theater. With your Village ID you are also able to play any of the 32 Executive golf courses with no green fees and 12 Champion courses at a reduced rate. Golf carts are available for rent during your stay. Swimming can be enjoyed at the Pine Hill Pool, Pine Ridge Pool and the Moyer Rec Center all within walking distance. Also within walking distance is Walmart, Walgreens, Banking, shopping and restaurants. For night entertainment within 15 minutes are two town squares, Brownwood Paddock and Sumter Landing both with live music, shopping and restaurants. The scenic Sharon Rose Wiechens Preserve adjoins the neighborhood, and offers a great place to walk and take in the beauty of natural Florida.
