We do not accept Section 8 This is a very nice, clean 3-bedroom, 2-bath home for lease. It has been recently painted, has new wood floors, and new windows across the front to reduce noise. It has a detached storage building / garage in back, a fenced back yard, a tree-shaded deck and a covered front porch that is large enough for seating. The home has quality, 1-year old appliances and washer / dryer hook-ups in a good-size utility room. There are ceiling fans in the master and the living room. Pets considered on an individual basis. We do require a verifiable, responsible rental history. This means we need your current and / or past landlord(s) to communicate with us and receipts (cashapp, canceled checks, receipts) showing rent paid on time. We will run credit and criminal background checks through Zillow. We give priority and reduced rent to law enforcement, educators, military, EMS, firefighters, and other community contributors. Before we supply an application, please provide a personal summary of who you are, what you do, who will live in the home and your verifiable rental history. We are a small company and we take the time to get to know the people living in our homes. $300 per pet deposit $25 additional per pet per month
