Quiet residential area, walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Sorry, no events or parties. Located in surfing beach village of Ormond-by-the-Sea, a quintessential Florida beach town. You will want a car to get around but bring or rent bikes too as our beach is great for bike riding. We work really hard to keep the unit fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Absolutely no smoking in house and house has been wired with a patented cigarette smoking device to alert homeowner of any smoking. Lease is month-to-month with tenant first right of refusal at guarateed rate for one year-basically, that means if you pay on time you get to stay, if you don't pay it's a month-to-month lease so that we can't get out anyone that doesn't pay. So long as you pay, you get first right to stay:). Pet fee will depend on pet so please contact us if interested. Tenant will pay Electric Bill.
