This will be a 6-8 month lease aiming to start early Oct and end in May 2024. Month to month renting may be considered. The Space The house is fully equipped. It features 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms on two floors of living space. On the second floor there are two master bedroom suites with king beds, en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and private porches - perfect to watch the sunset or for an evening nightcap. On the first floor, there is a third master bedroom with a queen bed, two bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, and a fourth bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds - a great space for the kids! The first floor has a great open concept. On this floor you have a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, comfortable living room, den, and 1.5 baths. Off of this space there is a screened-in porch with a dining set as well as an uncovered porch with a brand new Weber grill to enjoy the sun and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The backyard is fully fenced-in. There is a second living room on the second floor, providing plenty of room to spread out and relax. Off-street parking is ample in front of the house, providing enough space for 5 cars, in addition to the two-car garage. Rent is $4,000/month, with the Tenant responsible for gas, electric, and internet. Tenant responsible for gas, electric, and internet. First and security deposit due at signing. Must be at least 25 to rent.
