(Cats and small dogs might be allowed with additional pet deposit and monthly pet rent, as long as you know you are responsible for cleaning after your furry friends and making sure they dont damage furnishings, finishes, etc. or bark at inappropriate times and bother the neighbors) - The washer and dryer are in the laundry room right outside the back door of the unit. - Two door bells with security cameras: One located at the front door looking at the street. Trash are paid by the landlord. Small cats and dogs allowed. Pet deposit is $400 per pet. Pet rent is $100 per pet per month.
