Dock your boat on our Mystic Island waterfront property and bring your water toys and bathing suits to enjoy our beautiful inground saltwater pool or jump right into the lagoon! Floating dock is available for boating, fishing, swimming and crabbing. Stand up paddle boards and crab traps are available for your entertainment. Enjoy eating your meals in the screened in porch or outside while watching the ducks pass by. The outdoor space includes a fully fenced in yard, a pool, 2 lounge chairs, a grill, a chiminea, and a table and chairs for dining. Enjoy some drinks at our Tiki Bar! The backyard is built for entertaining! Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that sleeps 8 people comfortably. It has central air-conditioning and forced heating system. The upstairs loft style master bedroom includes a television, a very comfortable king-sized bed as well as a very comfortable queen-sized bed and a full bathroom. The main floor has two large bedrooms; each of them with a television and very cozy queen-sized beds. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with necessary appliances and utensils. There is a charming bathroom, dining area and living room with a television. Wifi is included. Washer and dryer is available for use. Our home is perfect for gatherings of family and friends. Quick boating access to the Great Bay, Mullica River and the ocean. We are located a short distance from the beautiful beaches of LBI, Atlantic City and Manahawkin. Minutes to historic Tuckerton Seaport or a short ride to Smithsville Village, golf courses and casinos. There are several great waterfront restaurants nearby. We are 1 mile away from Graveling Point beach where you can watch the most spectacular sunsets. Your family can swim in the bay and enjoy taking the sun. We provide a variety of household items for you to use during your stay. Please let us know if you need any assistance in locating these items. The pool will be opening in the middle of May and closing in mid October. Please use all house amenities responsibly. Sorry... Absolutely no pets allowed. Come enjoy, relax, take in the view, feel the breeze and the salty air. Rental is available only from September 24th, 2023 through June 16, 2024 . Owner pays for water. Tenant pays for gas, electric and internet. Absolutely no pets allowed. Must have 700 credit score and background check will be required. Proof of employment and/or income for one year. Must pay $30.00 application fee. Home is available for rent only from October 1, 2023 through June 1st, 2024. Pool will be closing on October 11, 2023 and will reopen some time in May of 2024.
