SUMMER WEEKLY RENTAL 4-bedroom, 2-bath bungalow in the quiet Gardens neighborhood of Ocean City NJ. A deck surrounds the in-ground pool with dining for 8+ folks, outdoor lighting, propane grill and furniture for the bathers, driveway, garage and outdoor shower. The backyard mostly viewable from inside and is made for entertaining! The living room has gas fireplace, good lighting, TV and stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ready access to the outside grill. Laundry room has w/d, ironing board and wash tub. There are three bedrooms downstairs (two queens and one full) and a large attic bedroom with four twins and a futon. The den has a smart TV, desk and door for your office work. It is a short ten minute walk to the beach and ten more minutes to the boardwalk and amusements. After dinner on the rear deck, enjoy a relaxing ten minute walk to the sunset on the bay. The home is well equipped with beach/pool toys and numerous bikes. There is a pet fee for certain dog breeds; crocs and tigers are prohibited.
