Brigantine is the "best kept secret" of the Jersey shore - a lovely island beach community with a golf course, a wildlife refuge, dog beach, beach front restaurant with live music during the summer... all minutes away from Atlantic City and less than a 30 min drive to the Ocean City Boardwalk. Available through April 30, 2024. Will consider a month to month rental or short term lease, not to exceed May 15, 2024. Summer rental rates increase substantially starting May. June, July and August weekly rate is $4800. $2400 + utilities. $150 pet fee or additional security deposit of $2400 (yes, it's cost me this much in repairs due to a pet situation.) Renter is responsible for any snow removal necessary for them to get into driveway or walkways and short sidewalk in front of the house. Linens, towels, extra blankets provided, no extra fee. Washer/dryer in unit. NO smoking. No parties.
