This mobile home has been completely remodeled. Excellent location near the newest and nicest part of Pleasanton. Very conveniently located near the new Walmart Super Center, new Tractor Supply Company, new restaurants, and many new businesses. This mobile home is in a very small mobile home park, Pleasanton Oaks, with only 6 other mobile homes. It has a basketball court and beautiful trees in the common area. There is parking right next to the mobile home. Also, the trips to San Antonio are very easy because of the convenient highway access not too far from the mobile home park and only 30 minutes to the south part of San Antonio. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including electricity, water, sewer, etc. NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed. 2 cars are allowed to park next to mobile home and additional parking spaces are available on the street. The lease is a one year lease but can be renewed. The first month's rent of $950 is due upon signing the lease.
