The garage is for the owner personal use. - For longer than 45 nights or more, there is an additional charge of $10000 refundable security deposit. - For longer than 30 nights or more, there is an additional charge of $225 for periodic cleaning for each additional 15 days of stay. Guests must pay for all cleaning fees in advance for the booked term within 3 days of initial booking - For longer than 45 nights or more, guests are required to purchase and provide proof of Renters's Insurance prior to possession. - Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am. if guests violate the quiet hours and resulted police citation, the guests will pay a liquidated damage $5000 to host. The hosts have right to evict guests right away. - Charging $500 for losing each key or swimming FOB key. - Community BBQ Time: Open Daily 8am-9pm. - Community Swimming Pool Time: Open Daily 8am-9pm.
