You'll enjoy over 2700sf of indoor living space and an amazing backyard with lush landscaping, a large private pool, spa, BBQ area, Fireplace, Koi pond, putting green, a ping pong table and majestic mountain views! The space Main house Bedroom #1 : Cal King Bed, ceiling fan, 55" smart TV (roku)and private bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower Bedroom #2: Cal King Bed, ceiling fan, 55" smart TV (roku) and private bathroom with walk in shower Living Room with gas fireplace, ceiling fan, 65" smart TV (roku) and comfy sofa/loveseat Dining room table that seats 6 guests Kitchen equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, wine cooler, cooking basics, spices, large island, walk in pantry, standard drip coffee maker, mixer, slow cooker, etc. Everything you need to enjoy home cooked meals. Office with a desk, chair, ceiling fan and plenty of bookshelves and cabinets. Half bath for your guests in hallway Separate Casita has a Cal King Bed, ceiling fan, 55" smart TV (roku) and private bathroom with walk in shower Outdoor space has a large pool and spa, covered patio space with gas fireplace, ping pong table and ceiling fans. BBQ island with gas grill, koi pond, putting green, plenty of patio furniture for you to enjoy a day relaxing by the pool while enjoying the mountain views. Free wifi, washer/dryer, linens, towels, pool towels, basic cleaning supplies, central ac/heating, startup supply of toiletries, Dogs allowed (2 max) with a non-refundable pet fee of $100. One parking space available in the garage and you may park up to two cars in the driveway (if needed). 30 night minimum Guest pays actual cost of gas and electric. A utility deposit of $1000 will be collected prior to check-in. We are fully powered by solar...therefore, electric costs is very minimal. Gas rates will vary, but will be substantial if the pool is being heated during your stay (approx $75-100 per day depending on the time of year) We are booked January 15, 2024 thru April 15, 2024. Monthly rates vary...please inquire for pricing. Summer rate of $10,500 per month (May thru Sept). This vacation home is fully furnished. Free wifi, washer/dryer, linens, towels, pool towels, basic cleaning supplies, central ac/heating, startup supply of toiletries, Dogs allowed (2 max) with a non-refundable pet fee of $100. One parking space available in the garage and you may park up to two cars in the driveway (if needed). 30 night minimum Guest pays actual cost of gas and electric.
