Landlord pays for WiFi, water and electricity, and trash removal. Renter will pay for propane that supplies the heating during the winter. Tenant may have one small cat, dogs are not allowed in this unit. Owner lives on property, but this unit offers much privacy along with a quiet peaceful neighborhood. This is a no smoking property and there first month and security deposit are required upon the signing of the lease along with a refundable cleaning deposit of $200.00. If renter has a cat, there is an additional $200.00 non-refundable pet fee. There is space for one car at the front of the property.
