Each primary room has an on-suite. The junior room is also on the 2nd floor and has a 4-piece dedicated bathroom located across the hall. The house has 2 stories. On the 1st floor, there is a master suite that is semiprivate with a private bathroom. An adjacent hallway connects the room to the home's entrances. On the 2nd floor, the space opens up to a gorgeous living room/eat-in kitchen combination. The open floorplan blends seamlessly with the home's decor. Another primary suite and smaller bedroom are also located on the second floor. Washer/dryer are new. Kitchen has all new appliances, including refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range, and microwave. Also available to guests is a newly completed community pool/sauna and clubhouse. The community property also features a great children's play area. Nestled under the San Bernardino Mountains, sits this brand new, single detached home in a secure gated community. Close to grocery stores, parks, and freeways. In your Welcome Home Package, we've included brochures for popular destinations and attractions to help you plan your days! GUEST ACCESS After your reservations are confirmed, 48 hours prior to move-in, you'll receive a text granting you an access code for the lock at the front door. A Welcome Home Move-in Package will be on the hallway counter with snacks, some starter essentials, and some important information to help get you settled in. LEASE TERMS The house is rented with lease terms that are 1month to 1year. Included in our lease contract is a strict policy against smoking, vaping, drunkenness, or drug use (including marijuana) in the house or on the premises. Cleaning and sanitizing these areas after such use is VERY expensive and guests are fully responsible for the cleaning or furnishings replacement expenses if a violation of the lease agreement occurred during their stay. No partying! No overnight guests that are not on the lease. Pool and clubhouse use is restricted to guests listed on the lease agreement. No pets! ADA Certified pets for the disabled are the only exception. Emotional support animals do not qualify under ADA guidelines. Violation of any of the aforementioned lease terms risk a loss of security deposit and/or eviction.
