Yucatan Area of La Quinta cove is nestled against the Santa Rosa Mountains within walking distance of Old Town La Quinta. La Quinta is well known for beautiful art, world famous golf, tennis, tournaments, dining, shopping, hiking. Conveniently near casinos, horse shows, polo fields, and nightly live music. We are five minute drive to La Quinta Spa and Hotel; the initial inspiration for our desert home. There are beautiful paved walking trails and bike paths alongside the mountains, two minutes walk from our front door. The trails are frequently shared with road runners, quail, and other desert life. The excellent day hikes nearby are breathtaking. While we are only minutes drive to everything, we are set far away from noise and hustle bustle. Come explore the unique desert plants, the sunrise, the sunsets, the perfect crisp starry nights, all will transcend to another place and time. Our home is offered furnished with private Pool and Spa. There are two Master Suites, both with King beds, walk in closets, French Doors to the outside, private two sink bathrooms, with separate toilet rooms. The third bedroom has two twin beds and own bathroom. There are two fireplaces in the home - One located in the living room, the other in one of the Master Suites. Central Air Conditioning, Ceiling fans in every room, Home Telephone for Local Calls, Security System, and Fast Speed Internet. There are (4) televisions; one in each of the (3) bedrooms and the fourth, a large screen TV, in the den, that has built-in surround sound. Music speakers are located in every room, including outside by the pool. The music can be operated with your own music library and the Sonos App. Our Kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave, Dishwasher, Ice Maker, Toaster Oven, Blender, Food Processor, Dining Service for (8+) persons. Linens / High Cotton Count / Luxurious, and Smart Silk Pillows (Hypo Allergenic). There are Bath Towels, Pool Towels, Washer, Dryer, Jetted Tub in Bath, and Garage with parking for One Car. The second garage space offers pool floats and Jeep Bikes to ride. Walking Sticks are kept by the Front Door. The application fee of $29.00 is not included in rental amount. Minimum 3 month rental - or short term rentals of minimum 31 days One Month's Rent + security deposit are required at time of the signature on the agreement. Annual Rates (Monthly) *31 Day Minimum *Rented to Non-Smokers Only Base Rates are as follows: January - March (8,000); If renting only April ($11,500), May - November ($6,500). $300 Utility Fee Cap for gas and electricity. Not allowed to run the spa 24/7 Usage Amounts over the $300 Cap are paid to the owner when the bill is received/monthly. Owner will provide All Water Charges, Bi-monthly Landscape Service, Twice per week Pool Service, Twice Monthly Housecleaning Services (does not include your personal laundry or cleaning of dirty dishes), Once a month Pest Control Service, Weekly Trash Service, and Utility Cap at $300. Renter will be responsible for all amounts over $300 for utilities. Our home is truly a smoke free environment. Any smoking within the home will be charged "damage assessment" of $1,500. Garage available for one car (the second garage space stores bicycles/patio furniture) Plenty of street parking available. Pets are welcome - owner approval is required first. Thank you.
