Guest access The entire home and 1/2 acre grounds. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: *This home is rented from December 1, 2023-February 4, 2024 *The cleaning fee is $400. Please inquire regarding other months' rental fees or visit the Airbnb listing for additional monthly rent. * As per Riverside County Regulations, one night is blocked out before and after each guest's stay to provide proper cleaning & sanitation between guests. (24-30 hours between guests) * Cleaners follow CDC guidelines * All guests are required to sign a Short Term Rental Agreement *There is a saltwater pool heat charge when guests request the pool to be heated to 85 degrees. *Responsible Person must be at least 30 years old. *Maximum occupancy is 6 guests at all times during your stay. * About SERVICE ANIMALS: We are aware of the value service animals bring to people, and we are aware of allowing service animals without discrimination unless health and safety become an issue. My family members suffer from severe pet allergies and this is their living space when not hosting guests. As such we can only welcome non-shedding/no dander companions to our house as we need to guarantee the health of our family.
