Our stunning Indio house was just upgraded with a built-in pool and spa! You will also have BBQ for your use and side yard with games available for an entertaining stay. As you enter the house, you will be greeted by an open and spacious living area with high ceilings, tasteful decor, and plenty of natural light. The living room features a comfortable sofa, armchairs, and a 75 inch flat-screen TV, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the area. Adjacent to the living room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining area features a beautiful and unique round table that seats 8 people, perfect for dinner parties or even can be used as a game table! The house boasts three spacious bedrooms, all of which are designed with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom features 2 beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks and it's own separate vanity! The second and third bedrooms feature king-size beds, high quality mattresses, comfortable bedding, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The highlight of this property is undoubtedly the outdoor area, where you will find a beautiful built-in pool and spa. Take a dip in the pool to cool off from the desert sun, or relax in the spa and soak in the hot water while taking in the good vibes of the Coachella Valley.
