As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a private and secluded courtyard-style entry, complete with palm trees, propane fire pit, outdoor seating, the entrance to the main house and the casita. Unwind and soak up the California sunshine in the backyard oasis, featuring a sparkling salt water pool, spa and over $100k invested in landscaping accents. Relax on the covered patio while taking in the breathtaking sunset views of the mountains while using the propane grill and relaxing on the outdoor furniture. This spacious home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, ensuring ample space and privacy for everyone. Each bedroom boasts a full en-suite bathroom, providing convenience and privacy. One of the bedrooms is a fully separate casita, offering an extra level of seclusion. There is a dedicated office/den in the main home as well as a multi-function copier, scanner, fax machine allowing you to attend to business matters seamlessly should the need arise. Wi-Fi and Google Wi-Fi pro allow for easy access to the fiber internet connection at the home from all rooms. Conveniently located just steps away from the Polo fields and renowned music festivals, and with world-class golf courses and tennis facilities just minutes away, this home provides an ideal base for your Coachella Valley life. Enjoy your culinary creations in the open concept kitchen/living area, complete with a cozy fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, gas cook top, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, food processor, air fryer/toaster oven, handheld mixer, waffle iron, spice rack, and dining, cooking, and serving essentials. Our kitchen also has plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons and more. You will be provided with an initial supply of laundry soap and fabric softener/dryer sheets. GARAGE: The home can accommodate parking for a total of 7 vehicles. There is space for 3 cars inside the garage and 4 on the driveway. The garage has three car tandem parking. It has a second full size refrigerator. It also has clothes drying rack for you to hang your bathing suits and other items on. It is where outdoor furniture cushions can be stored should a windstorm or heavy rain be forecasted during your stay. HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens sufficient to accommodate the occupancy of the home. ESTIMATED DISTANCES FROM THE VACATION HOME - Empire Polo Fields: under 5-minutes - Old Town La Quinta: 5-7 minutes - Indian Wells Tennis Garden: 10-15 minutes - Joshua Tree National Park: 60 minutes - Palm Desert/El Paseo: 15-20 minutes - Downtown Palm Springs/Airport: 30-40 minutes - LA/OC/SD: Roughly 2 hours without traffic Will entertain lease terms as short as 30 days. The home is rented fully furnished with linens, stocked kitchen, washer dryer, and initial supply of pantry items. For a long term tenant (lease term greater than 12 mos) removal of furnishings and contents can be negotiated. This is a non smoking property. Evidence of smoking will result in a remediation fee of $3,000.00. Owner pays for: HOA, pool service, gardener, trash, internet for leases less than 1 year, quarterly pest control Tenant pays for: gas, electricity, water, for tenants with their own contents they will need to carry renters insurance Tenant will sign the following waiver as part of the lease: You understand there are potential dangers that a pool/spa may present to children and/or pets who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the pool/spa if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the pool/spa while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You understand that the home you are renting does not have a fence around the pool. The home does not have alarms that sound when exterior doors open. Children can easily enter the yard undetected and unsupervised and easily access the pool and/or spa. You realize pets can fall in the pool/spa and may not understand how to get out on their own or be able to get out on their own. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you, your guests or your pets may incur. You understand the risks discussed above are not to be construed as a complete list of all risks associated with pool/spa use and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from pool, spa and exercise equipment. PETS: We will allow up to two dogs. Dogs must be 25 pounds or less and at least 2 years of age. Dogs must always be on leash while outside the fenced yard. A fully refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet is collected at lease signing. Pets must be pre approved. SPEEDING AND PARKING RULES: When entering Carmela, you must always obey the speed limit (25 mph). This is very important. You could receive a fine starting at $250 that will be deducted from the damage deposit. Please, park inside the garage. There is ample room for 3 vehicles in the garage, two parked tandem and one parked on the single side of the garage. Additional parking should be done on the driveway. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. This will allow for a total of 7 vehicles. Oversized vehicles, RV and boat parking is not permitted. Street parking overnight is not permitted. The Pool is cleaned twice weekly on Tuesday and Friday. Gardening is on Friday. Trash is Wednesday.
